Preface:
I would the likes of to just take a moment before descent my report, to mention that the last two years studying at ECTS I have had the opportunity to complete two internships which was a requirement of my course. I cant express what two 6 months periods have meant to me. Each internship has changed my life in its give birth way. I have worked hard exactly most of on the whole have enjoyed them every second. There were difficult times as there will always be ahead of me, but I could not have gotten through them if it were not for the interns and friends that came to precede through my life. I had the marvellous opportunity to meet unsanded friends from different cultures and backgrounds. People that will remain close to me in my future. Most of all, it has opened my eyes to really understanding the cordial reception business. There is so much out there and I am willing, with all my heart to face the future challenges so that I may raise high in directlys society.

* Historical background and main Purpose:
The wonderful Wyndham Grand hotel is by far unique and truly sensation of a kind.
It stands in the middle of the private residence of Chelsea Harbor. 8 stories high with 158 different suites. Once the only 5 unity all suite hotel of the great well known metropolis of London.
The hotel opened its doors for the first time as the Wyndham Chelsea Harbor in 2007 after being the Conrad for several years before. Last Christmas of 2009 the hotel unopen for 3 weeks refurbishment, and reopened early January 2010 as the Wyndham Grand. The work done enchantment closed was generally focused on the 8th dump which used to be suites, which were changed into 4 gorgeous penthouses. While the Aquasia eating houses style was changed to a new design and the reception was placed opposite the front doors.
