Abstract
With the globalization of the world business, Vietnam becomes more dynamic to integrate into the global market. evolution human resources for the country is of great concern. Education is the key cipher that leads Vietnam to be surviving in the competitive environment and to be one of the dragons in the Asian region. This paper presents an understanding in cultural diversity applying cross-cultural management at supra case University, Vietnam. It also discusses the impact of cultural differences on their management dress from four aspects: sex and age in culture, organizational versus national culture, dimension of universalism versus particularism, and consensus versus voting in decision-making.
