With a contract they could have decide a couple of things such as the length of the contract, things that could void the contract such as a thirty day running play bases saying that if the company is not satisfied with the product then they can choke it without any fees other than the first thirty days. What the executive could have done prior to the agreement was ask for a trial period or a demonstration prior to having the equipment. By doing this he could have shapen how the product worked and distinct at that catch on whether to use it or not.
Now since the partner decided not to meet up with Non-Linear Pros salesperson and left it up to Jane he again has no one to blame but himself.
