1)Introduction to the organisation

1.1)History

Back in 2005 Elaine OConnor and Shane Pollard mess up Magnum Events. The business has gone from strength to strength since its creation. They turn over been involved in many events such as, St Patricks Festival,2006 2011,Festival of demesne Cultures,2004 2010,Festival of World Food,2007 2008 Commercial Management Institute Sep 07 2010Wheeleasy, 2008 2009 Oxegen (Campsites), 2008 2010,Events pains Skillnet, 2007 2009 Centre For Excellence in Events, 2007 2010.

1.2)Size

The Bavaria exponent is in 8 Windsor Place and has three floors the first floor is the meeting direction and a small reception room. The second floor is the function of the Bavaria team, a medium sized room with seven desks for their round and a toilet. on that point is enough room for everyone in the agency to move around and have their own space to work.



There are six windows on the second and third floors which set up all be opened quite wide and there are six sets of three florescent bulbs for lighting. The third floor office is the same size as the second floor office, there are three staff , six desks and a toilet. all floors are connected by a single peg stairway with only enough room for one soul to pass through.

1.3)The Set up

There is not a allot of communication between the different levels of management and the different departments. A lot of the communication is done face to face deep down the company and not a lot of notes are taken down so the tasks are not completed to the decorous specifications. They spend a system called teamwork pm project which a lot of the people they use didnt know how to use and this caused problems with getting projects and tasks done.
