The reason for myself olfactory perception this way is because after she was told what was going on she sat in that respect and actually thought about it for a while before she decided to make any type of finales.
Does Anita use logic when looking into the issue, or is her position based on a moral value judgment? - I believe the decision that she made was a moral decision. When she looked into her empty wallet, logic would manoeuver that she needed the money and may have wanted to check the risk, but her morality told her that what her friend was doing was wrong, and she based her response on that.

- In my opinion she definitely took action. If she had simply decided just not to give herself a raise, that would have entailed making a decision, but she also then went on beyond that and describe her co-worker.
