In 1952, his parents brought him to New York City, where he attended Bronx High domesticate of Science. In 1960, he went to Howard University, where he majored in philosophy, graduated with a B.A. in 1964, and became active in the civilised Rights Movement. Stokely Carmichael evolved from a Civil Rights Activist, to a Black mightiness Activists, to a Pan-African Revolutionist.
