What have you learned in this module about the affinity betwixt supposition and practice? The relationship between theory and practice has risen many debates as well as discussions overtime. Through this module of Introduction to Marketing I comprise the actual distance between completely the knowledge, models, concepts and what I undergo in reality is relatively small. In my opinion, theory has ever been playing an important role as a focusing and guidance for all practical activities. Because all theories were developed either base on logics, common-senses of human cerebration and behaviours; or by analyze collective data in the past, then develop models thus explain the trend of different reactions to different changes in depended factors. Therefore, theories should be close to reality, at least apply to the majority of practical cases. One of my favourite examples to make this relationship is the Tropicana case that was mentioned in the class last week.
