Abstract My theory for a schoolroom management design is to render positive reinforcements, and a safe and enjoyable classroom by following Canters instruction plan, grapheme Counts with the six pillars of character, and nigh things from Barbara Coloroso, and William Glasser. Expectations from reference point Counts Program and Ron Clarks Essential 55 bequeath be determinationd and be as follows, to be worthy for others, reckon in your self, take on respect and good manners, be comme il faut to ones self and to others, respect others who enter our classroom, and be accountable and be a good citizen. I plan to carry through this by using positive reinforcement by give schoolchilds fin opportunities to correct the misbehavior. When good behavior is presented from the student on that point are rewards. By using Character Counts Program, Canters Management plan and advice from Barbara Coloroso and William Glasser my hope is to limit my discipline. I call up the consequences are fair and the rewards will make my students strive to do their best. When I have my own elementary or lay work classroom I will choose the expectations for my students and for myself as well. I believe that there is a huge gather up to have a management plan in lead on the very first day of school and this is why I will make this decision.
