1. Introduction

On February the 25th 2009, almost sixteen historic period after the Bijlmerramp and thirteen years after the disaster with the Hercules in Eindhoven, again, Holland was startled by a plane crash of coarse extent. Turkish Airlines Flight 1951 was a passenger flight, a Boeing 737, that crashed contiguous Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, and ended up in a meadow, following(a) to highway A9. The plane broke into three pieces. Nine passengers and conclave including all three pi bents were killed and there were 86 injuries. Reason, with the help of this scenario, the Poldercrash will be analyzed to see what went wrong and who has the responsibility for the faults that were made.
