Restaurant/Bar Business
In this scenario you rule two guys named Jose and Lou, who decide to open a sports bar by using the capital investment from a fellow named Miriam. Since Lou and Jose real dont have a lot of money, they have asked Miriam to help out with the finances. All cardinal of these individuals will finish a Partnership Agreement.
