Financial institutions are realizing the full power of the ATM. instantly that many networks are seeing a signifi firet num¬ber of machines upgraded, banks are look to leverage that spending for something else more directly connected to service and receipts. FIs are interested in building revenue at the ATM with upselling guests and running third-party advertising campaigns. Banks and credit unions are looking for ways to build stronger customer relationships. With consumers becoming more dependent on ATMs and the proliferation of ATM debit cards, data processor crime in this area is more likely to increase. Banks arent looking at security from a risk-management perspective but from a vexation-acceleration perspective. Banks will have to find better methods to eliminate wildcat use through hardware or software solutions, go keeping security costs down. With the implementation of CRM and the latest technologies banks can provide a relative security for the transaction of their customers.
